The Programme

Fuelled for Life is a 6-week programme designed to teach you how to go from a sugar burning metabolism to a fat burning machine. This programme uses meat-based eating, with the optional addition of selected plant foods, to keep your insulin levels low and allow your body to access the powers of burning fat for energy.

 

Together we will discover a version of a proper human diet that meets your specific goals and needs.

 

Once completed, you will have the knowledge and experience to know how to fuel your life, for life.

Who is Fuelled for Life for?

Fuelled for Life is made for someone who is:

Not looking for a quick fix. This course is designed to teach you a new lifestyle approach to eating - it is not a FAD or crash diet. Though quick results are possible when eating a proper human diet.

• Happy to eat meat and animal products up to three times a day

​

• Determined, committed, and motivated

​

• Ready to turn their back on sugar and junk food and learn a new way to be fuelled for life.

Is Fuelled for Life a Strict Carnivore diet?

Fuelled for Life is designed to help you find a version of a proper human diet that is sustainable for you to reach you goals and thrive. Whether this is a strict carnivore diet or a meat-based diet with selected plant foods, using the Fuelled for Life food guide we will work together to create a tailored dietary approach.
 

Though you do not have to go strict carnivore if you don’t want to, the Fuelled for Life food guide centres around animal products and these are the fundamental foods in the programme.
